Purple Basil Caprese Salad

Try this recipe for
an easy-to-make and refreshing, healthy treat!

You will need:

230g mozzarella cubed or other cheese

600g Beefsteak or heirloom tomatoes sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup packed fresh
basil leaves, chopped

salt & pepper,
to taste

2 tbsp balsamic
reduction

Let’s make

Combine cheese, tomatoes, olive oil, and basil in
a large bowl

Toss to combine, season with salt and pepper to
taste

Drizzle with balsamic reduction
