Chinese Red Amaranth Stir Fry with Garlic
Ingredients
250G red amaranth
2 garlic cloves, smashed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, as desired
Method
- First, remove the red amaranth leaves from the stem.
- Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat, and then add garlic and saute for a minute. Â
- Then, add red amaranth and cover for about a minute. Â
- Uncover, add salt, and cook stirring constantly for about a few minutes until it is fully cooked. Remove from skillet or wok and serve!
