Bitter gourd with egg
Ingredients
150 – 200 grams bitter gourd
2 eggs beaten
1 tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves garlic minced
pinch of to taste salt
Method
- Cut bitter gourd to half (length-wise) and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Slice bitter gourd thinly.
- Heat oil in wok and stir fry garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add bitter gourd slices and stir fry over high heat for about 2-3 minutes until almost cooked (turning slightly translucent).
- Pour the beaten egg slowly over the bitter gourd slices. Stir fry until the egg is cooked and dry. Season to taste with salt.
